Services Offered
• The Artist offers painting, illustration, concept art, and other services, as previously agreed upon with the Client.Project Request
• The Client must provide clear and specific details about what they want (e.g., references, colors), as well as approve the sketches before the work is finalized.Price and Payment
• Payment can be made via Pix or PayPal (note that PayPal will be subject to additional fees).
• The price will be agreed upon beforehand between the parties, with payment made in two 50% installments (50% at the beginning and 50% upon delivery).
• The agreed-upon price may be adjusted according to the complexity of the project, and substantial changes may incur additional costs.
• No refunds will be offered after the start of the work.Delivery Times
• The Artist will provide an estimated delivery date for the work; however, the final deadline may be changed due to modifications to the project.Copyright
• The delivered work is intended exclusively for the Client's personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes.
• The Artist retains copyright to the work.
• The Client may use the work as agreed, but is not authorized to resell or modify the work without the Artist's prior authorization.Liability
• The Artist is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the work.
• The Client guarantees ownership of all material provided for the development of the project.
• The Artist reserves the right to refuse the order if the established terms are not respected.Content Limitations
• The Artist does not create:
• Explicit content;
• Illegal content;
• Hate speech;
• Furry, NSFW, Gore, among others;
• Any content that causes personal discomfort to the Artist;
• Other styles that are not within the Artist's preferences.
